I have paid the pre-payment invoice, when can I expect the goods to arrive?

If you place an order that is paid via an advance payment invoice, our sales team will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Once we receive the payment, we will send you a confirmation along with the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Is there over-the-counter sales at the counter, and can I take the material with me immediately?

No, it is only possible to purchase materials from us by placing an order. If you wish to order materials, you can do so by phone or email. We will inform you about the delivery date. Depending on the agreed payment terms, you will receive either a pre-payment invoice for prepayment or payment is to be made afterwards. We do not accept payments by card or cash at our location.

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period (invoiced) for all products is one week.

What are loading and unloading costs?

These handling costs (including loading and unloading costs, counting, quality control of materials, and photography) are separately calculated per unit and are not included in the regular rental rate.

What is the lead time for processing?

The lead times for processing can vary significantly depending on the type of processing and current scheduling. It's advisable to inquire about the current lead times for the specific processing you require from your contact person. Please note that lead times may change between the time of inquiry and ordering.

Is it possible to have rental equipment delivered and/or laid out?

What are cleaning costs?

These costs are charged additionally when materials are not returned clean to us. They are not included as standard in the rental or handling costs. In case of chemical contamination or asbestos, we reserve the right to outsource the cleaning and pass on the associated costs.

Can I have orders delivered to my customer neutrally?

Yes, we have the option to deliver your order directly to your customer in neutral trucks without any signs or markings from Dynamostaal.

What are the times for returning my rented goods?

Rented goods can be returned Monday through Friday between 07:30 AM and 04:00 PM.

How is loading and unloading handled at Dynamostaal?

Our employees handle loading and unloading using a forklift and/or overhead crane.

Where can I find the delivery date of my order?

You can find the delivery date of your order on our order confirmation.

Can I bring scrap metal to you for recycling?

Unfortunately, we no longer accept old iron or scrap metal.

I don't see material prices on the website, where can I request these?

Until what time can we deliver goods?

You can only deliver goods that have been pre-registered. Delivery of goods should take place by 12:00 PM on the agreed date. 

Until what time can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order after the agreed delivery date on weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, except on Fridays when pickups are available until 12:00 PM noon.
